Tour Confirmation Policy

Tour confirmation policy : In order to confirm your Tour, you’ll have to provide traveler details such as Name, Email Id, Contact number, and pick-up points. Once the process is completed; your tour will be confirmed.

Tour Payment policy : Upon your tour confirmation, you are required to pay 10% of the total payment. The rest of the payment shall be paid at the time of pick-up.

Cancelation and refund policy : You can cancel your tour package with us 15 Days ago from the scheduled date. You’ll get a full refund for the same. No refund request shall be entertained if you cancel the tour package at any of the seven days before the scheduled date of travel.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: 30% advance required to block seat.
30+ days before departure: 90% refund of total trip cost.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.
0–14 days before departure: Non-refundable.
Weather Clause: Paragliding is strictly subject to wind and weather conditions. If flying is grounded due to safety hazards, refund or alternate activity will be provided per operator guidelines.

Tour Program

Day 0 (Friday): Overnight Journey from Delhi to Bir

Transfer: Board AC Tempo Traveller / Volvo bus from Kashmere Gate / Majnu ka Tilla at 8:30 PM. Overnight drive to Bir Valley (approx. 490 km, 10–11 hours).

Day 1 (Saturday): Bir Arrival, Monastery Walk, Cafe Hopping & Campsite Bonfire

Transfer: Arrive early morning in Bir. Check into your Swiss Tents, freshen up, and enjoy a warm breakfast.
Activity: Spend the afternoon café hopping across Bir's famous artisan eateries, visiting the tranquil Chokling Monastery, and capturing sunset views at the Paragliding Landing Site. Return to the campsite in the evening for a bonfire session, light music, and dinner.

Stay: Bir (Swiss Tent Campsite Stay with Attached Washroom)

Day 2 (Sunday): Paragliding at Billing, Local Sightseeing & Return Journey

Transfer: Enjoy an early breakfast. Check out from camps/hotel and drive up to Billing takeoff point (14 km). In the evening around 6:00 PM, board your return vehicle to Delhi (approx. 490 km, 10–11 hours).
Activity: Experience tandem paragliding from Billing (2,400 m) down to Bir (1,400 m) with professional pilots, including HD GoPro video recording of your flight. Post-landing, explore local handicraft markets and grab a late lunch before departing for Delhi.
