Tour Confirmation Policy

Tour confirmation policy : In order to confirm your Tour, you’ll have to provide traveler details such as Name, Email Id, Contact number, and pick-up points. Once the process is completed; your tour will be confirmed.

Tour Payment policy : Upon your tour confirmation, you are required to pay 10% of the total payment. The rest of the payment shall be paid at the time of pick-up.

Cancelation and refund policy : You can cancel your tour package with us 15 Days ago from the scheduled date. You’ll get a full refund for the same. No refund request shall be entertained if you cancel the tour package at any of the seven days before the scheduled date of travel.

Booking Amount: 50% advance required to block seat.
30+ days before departure: 90% refund of total trip cost.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total trip cost.
0–14 days before departure: Non-refundable.
Force Majeure Clause: In case of landslides or extreme mountain weather altering the route, alternate arrangements will be made with actual cost difference borne by the traveler.

Tour Program

Day 0 (Friday): Overnight Journey from Delhi to Bhimtal

Transfer: Board your AC vehicle from Delhi at 09:00 PM. Enjoy an overnight journey into the Kumaon hills (~320 km, 7–8 hours).

Day 1 (Saturday): Bhimtal Arrival, Kainchi Dham Darshan & Bhimtal Lake Exploration

Transfer: Arrive in Bhimtal early morning (~06:00 AM). Board local transfers for Kainchi Dham (~18 km, 30 mins).
Activity: Check into the hotel in the Kosya Kutoli / Bhimtal area to freshen up and relax. Enjoy an included breakfast. Depart at 09:00 AM for Kainchi Dham Darshan at the sacred ashram of Neem Karoli Baba. Return to Bhimtal for lunch (own expense) and spend the afternoon at Bhimtal Lake (boating optional) and browsing the local market. Evening at leisure followed by dinner (own expense).

Day 2 (Sunday): Jageshwar Dham Temple Circuit & Evening Departure to Delhi

Transfer: Post breakfast, check out at 07:00 AM and drive to Jageshwar Dham (~90–95 km, 3 hours). Post sightseeing and lunch, depart Jageshwar at 01:30 PM for Delhi (~390 km, 9–10 hours).
Activity: Explore the UNESCO Archaeological Site of Jageshwar Temple Complex (124 ancient Nagara-style stone temples) and the nearby Dandeshwar Temple, surrounded by towering deodar forests.
