Standard Terms & Conditions – International Holiday Packages

At Varenyamm Global, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully curated travel experiences with the highest standards of professionalism and service. We request all guests to carefully review the following terms and conditions before confirming their booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment.
• All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing services and applicable supplier confirmations.
• Varenyamm Global reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if confirmation from suppliers cannot be obtained.

2. Payment Policy

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to initiate reservations.
• The balance payment must be cleared on or before the due date communicated in the booking confirmation.
• Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
• Prices are quoted based on prevailing exchange rates, taxes and supplier tariffs. Any increase before final payment shall be borne by the guest.

3. Passport & Visa

• Guests must possess a passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of return.
• Obtaining a valid visa and fulfilling immigration requirements is solely the responsibility of the traveller.
• Varenyamm Global shall assist with documentation wherever applicable but cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Visa rejection, delay or refusal shall not constitute grounds for a full refund unless specifically stated.

4. Air Tickets

• Airfares are dynamic and subject to change until ticket issuance.
• Once issued, airline tickets are governed entirely by the respective airline's fare rules regarding cancellation, date changes, refunds and no-show charges.
• Airline schedule changes or cancellations remain beyond the control of Varenyamm Global.

5. Hotel Accommodation

• Standard international hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply unless otherwise confirmed.
• Room allocation, floor preference, interconnected rooms, twin/double bed preferences and special requests are subject to hotel availability.
• Hotels may request a refundable security deposit at check-in, payable directly by the guest.

6. Itinerary & Services

• Sightseeing tours operate as per local conditions, weather, government regulations and supplier schedules.
• Varenyamm Global reserves the right to modify the itinerary, substitute hotels or alter services with equivalent alternatives whenever operationally necessary.
• No refund shall be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals or transfers due to the guest's own reasons.

7. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive overseas travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
• Guests are advised to ensure adequate medical, baggage, trip cancellation and personal accident coverage.

8. Pricing

Unless specifically mentioned, package prices exclude:

• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• TCS, GST or any other applicable government taxes
• Personal expenses
• Optional activities
• Early check-in or late check-out
• Tips, porterage and hotel deposits
• Any services not specifically mentioned under "Package Inclusions"

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges shall apply from the date written cancellation is received.

• Booking Amount: Non-refundable.
• Airline cancellations: As per airline policy.
• Visa charges: Non-refundable once processed.
• Hotel, cruise, rail and land arrangements: As per respective supplier cancellation policy.
• Peak seasons, exhibitions, festivals and special events: 100% cancellation charges may apply.

10. Force Majeure

Varenyamm Global shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, alteration or additional expense arising due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, strikes, pandemics, war, civil unrest, airline operational disruptions, government regulations or any force majeure event.

11. Guest Responsibilities

Guests shall comply with all applicable laws, immigration regulations and local customs of the destination country. Any fines, penalties, deportation, denied boarding or additional costs arising due to non-compliance shall be solely borne by the traveller.

12. Liability

Varenyamm Global acts as an intermediary between guests and independent airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines and other service providers. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure quality services, the Company shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, injury, loss, damage, theft, baggage loss or service deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers.

13. Refunds

Eligible refunds, if any, shall be processed only after receipt of funds from the respective supplier and shall be subject to applicable deductions. Processing timelines may vary depending upon supplier and banking procedures.

14. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from bookings made with Varenyamm Global Private Limited shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

15. Acceptance

Payment of any amount towards the booking shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by all travellers covered under the booking.
